• Continental U.S.

  Orders online are ordinarily shipped UPS ground within the continental U.S. at the following rates, based on order subtotal:

  0-$75=$12.00
  $76-150=$17.00
  $151+=$20.00
  
  
• International and Alaska/Hawaii

  As a result of the wide fluctuations in shipping fees, orders shipping outside the continental U.S. will not produce a real time shipping quote, and therefore we will not take your credit card information at initial checkout. Instead, after checkout you will be contacted via email with the final price for your order with shipping included. At that time, you will be provided a link to a credit card screen. We apologize for the necessary delay in processing international and Alaska/Hawaii orders, but this personalized service is the best way to provide you the most fair and accurate shipping costs. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to NIA within 60 days of receipt of your shipment for a full product refund minus the cost of shipping and handling. Certain items cannot be returned. These items include software, damaged items, or products that are missing parts. We cannot offer refunds on items returned after 60 days. We will be more than happy to offer an exchange of products if you are dissatisfied.
