Only standard UPS ground shipping is available online for shipping within the continental U.S.
As a result of the wide fluctuations in shipping fees, orders shipping outside the continental U.S. will not produce a real time shipping quote, and therefore we will not take your credit card information at initial checkout. Instead, after checkout you will be contacted via email with the final price for your order with shipping included. At that time, you will be provided a link to a credit card screen. We apologize for the necessary delay in processing international and Alaskan/Hawaiian orders, but this personalized service is the best way to provide you the most fair and accurate shipping costs. Secure Online Payment
NIA has taken the strictest measures available to ensure the safety of your personal information. We use the industry standard for internet security, Verisign©, and your credit card number is entered into their site, not ours. This means that NIA staff never accesses your credit card number and we do not attempt to handle secure transactions on our own externally hosted server. Although there is always a risk when you hand your credit card over to anyone---online or otherwise---we believe that the service we use is the most secure option available.
