2010 NIA Convention Sponsorship Opportunities
NIA offers new and creative ways to reach attendees at our 2010 Annual Convention at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort in Orlando, Florida. Be associated with the industry highlight of the year as NIA brings the best in entertainment, educational sessions, and networking opportunities to attendees! We have sponsorship packages for every budget and level of exposure. All packages include sponsor ribbon recognition and your logo in the Convention program, but from there, the sky's the limit!

Diamond Convention Sponsorship
Your corporate brand will be showcased in multiple pre-convention efforts, with additional onsite recognition. Benefits include verbal and PowerPoint recognition during opening and closing sessions; your logo on the Convention promotion brochure and onsite conference program, as well as on the full page, color NIA Convention ad in Insulation Outlook; official recognition in NIA's E-News Bulletin and in NIA News pre- and post-convention issues; your company name, hyperlink, and logo on the Convention home page; insertion of your company's printed material or promotional item in registration bags; a joint press release about your sponsorship; and two mailings (one pre and one post-convention) through NIA's mail house.

Registration Packet Insert Opportunity
Four page literature insertion
Submit your one- to four-page document to NIA for review, then send your document to the convention hotel. The sponsor is responsible for ensuring hotel has received material by specified date. NIA will insert the piece for you!
