For reservations, please call the hotel directly at 808-240-6450. NIA’s group rate is available through March 6, 2009, or until the block has sold out. Mention you are part of the NIA group to receive this special rate available March 27 – April 8, 2009. Come early or stay after the convention so you can enjoy all the hotel and island have to offer.

Due to the time difference between the mainland and Hawaii, the best time to call is between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

NIA Convention Rates

• $285 for mountain/garden view (single/double)
• $330 for ocean view (single/double)

NIA can also offer Ocean Suites at $900 per night while inventory lasts. This is almost 50% savings off the current rate of $1,700. Please book early as these rooms are limited and will book quickly.

Reservations require two nights’ deposit of $570 for mountain/garden view or $660 for ocean view. Cancellations received 21 days prior to your arrival receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations requested between 3 and 21 days will not receive refund of the deposit. Any cancellations received within 3 days of arrival will be assessed the cost of the full length of stay, plus applicable taxes.
