Online registration for NIA’s 52st Annual Convention is no longer available. Registrations will be accepted on-site. An additional fee of $100 per person will be applied.

Add $100 per person to the standard registration rate for registrations received after March 21, including on-site registrations.
Convention registration fee includes: 3 full dinners, 3 nights of entertainment, all business sessions and all spouse/guest activities.
Please contact the Sheraton directly for room reservations by calling 602-255-0100, and mention that you are attending the National Insulation Association's convention at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass. Reservations may also be made online at www.starwoodmeeting.com/book/insulation. Discounted room rates are $275 plus tax, per night, single or double occupancy. These rates are available until February 28, 2007.

Secure Online Credit Card Payments
Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express are accepted online via secure payment method
at
the conclusion of the online registration process. Cards supporting the additional
security code (typically a three-digit number on the back of your card) must
have this number entered as well, for security reasons. You will be asked
for your billing address, which will be compared to that on file with your
credit card company for maximum online security.
Upon completion of registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation packet in the mail with additional convention information.
Fax, Phone, or Mail
Registration will not be complete until payment has been received by NIA. You may send us a check, or call the office with your credit card number at (703) 464-6422, or fax your payment information to (703) 464-5896. If you prefer to print and mail your registration form, you will find a copy of the paper form in PDF format here. Payment in U.S. funds must accompany registration form. Make checks payable to NIA at 12100 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 330, Reston, VA 20190.
Refunds: All refund requests MUST be made in writing. Refunds will be disbursed in the following manner: Before and Including February 22, 2007—full refund. After February 22—50 percent registration fee refunded. After March 7—25 percent registration fee refunded. After March 21—no refund available.
Golf Tournament Fee Refunds: Full refund available until March 1, 2007. After March 1, there will be NO tournament refunds.
