Room rates are $249 plus tax, per night, single or double occupancy, and there is an additional daily resort fee of $10. Shotgun Golf - (3/24)

Rental Callaway Golf Clubs are $60 plus tax - Rental fees will be paid directly to the course by the player on the day of the tournament. NIA will not collect any golf club rental fees. You must prereserve rental clubs now (but pay later).

Payment Methods

Secure Online Credit Card Payments
Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express are accepted online via secure payment method
at
the conclusion of the online registration process. Cards supporting the additional
security code (typically a three-digit number on the back of your card) must
have this number entered as well, for security reasons. You will be asked
for your billing address, which will be compared to that on file with your
credit card company for maximum online security.
 NIA has taken the strictest measures available to ensure the safety of your
personal information. We use the industry standard for internet security, Verisign©,
and your credit card number is entered into their site, not ours. This means
that NIA staff never accesses your credit card number and we do not attempt
to handle secure transactions on our own externally hosted server. Although
there is always a risk when you hand your credit card over to anyone---online
or otherwise---we believe that the service we use is the most secure option
available.
Upon completion of registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation packet in the mail with additional
convention information.
Fax, Phone, or Mail
Registration will not be complete until payment has been received by NIA. You may send us a check, or call the office with your credit card number at (703) 683-6422, or fax your payment information to (703) 549-4838. If you prefer to print and mail your registration form, you will find a copy of the paper form in PDF format here. Registration Policies

Payment in U.S. funds must accompany registration form.
Make checks payable to NIA at 99 Canal Center Plaza, Suite 222, Alexandria, VA 22314.
All refund requests MUST be made in writing.
Refunds will be disbursed in the following manner:
- Before and Including February 16, 2005 - Full refund
- After February 16 - 50% registration fee refunded
- After March 4 - 25% registration fee refunded
- After March 15 - no refund available.
- Add $100 per person for registrations received after March 15, including on-site registrations.
Golf Tournament Fee Refunds
Full refund available until February 16, 2006
After February 16 there will be NO tournament refunds.
