President's Gala Seating

The floor plan below (not to scale) is for the Gala, including table numbers. Once you have registered to attend the convention, you may submit your Gala table requests (up to three requests will be accepted) for members in your registration party. NIA will try to accommodate the requests as best as possible. Each table will accommodate 10 people. The website will be updated as frequently as possible so please check back often.

On-site changes may be required. On occasion, the hotel may need to slightly alter the table layout due to unforeseen circumstances or combine partially filled tables. All efforts will be made to keep any on-site changes to a minimum and to ensure that the event is enjoyable for all guests.
