Committee Days 2008
Registration is Closed
Online registration is now closed for the 2008 Committee Days meeting at the Westin Alexandria. Please come to the onsite registration desk if you plan to attend the meeting but have not registered.
Registration Information
There are three easy ways to register for NIA’s 2008 Committee Days.
Please note the information below, and we look forward to seeing you in November.

Registrations must be returned by
Monday, November 3, 2008

The registration fee for members to attend Committee Days is
$90.00.

Registration may be completed online starting with this page, or you can
download the registration form here
 PDF and fax to us at 703-549-4838 or
mail with payment to NIA, 99 Canal Center Plaza, Suite 222, Alexandria, VA 22314.

Online registrations present the option to pay with American Express, MasterCard, or Visa,
or you may submit only and mail NIA a check.

If you are registering multiple people from the same company, you will be given the
option to add an additional registrant at the end of each registration page.
In this way, you may add as many people as you like and process your credit card only once.

make your hotel room reservations by
October 14, 2008.
The special NIA room rate is $219 single/double.

Committee Days Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to NIA by e-mailing
events@insulation.org or faxing 703-549-4838.
Refund requests will be disbursed in the following manner: requests received by October 17 will
receive a full refund; requests received between October 18 and October 24 will receive a 50%
refund; and, all requests received after October 24 will receive no refund. Please note all
refunds will be processed after Committee Days.
