Registration Information
- Registrations must be returned by November 6
- The registration fee for members to attend Committee Days is $90.00.
- Registration may be completed online starting with this page, or you can download the registration form
 PDF and fax it to us at 703-549-4838 or mail it with payment to NIA Committee Days, 99 Canal Center Plaza, Suite 222, Alexandria, VA 22314.
- Online registrations present the option to pay with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, or you may submit only and send us a check.
- If you are registering multiple people for the same company, you will be given the option to add a person at the end of each registration page. In this way, you may add as many people as you like and process your credit card only once.
- Please contact the Hyatt Regency Reston at 1-800-55-HYATT (800-554-9288) to make your hotel room reservations by 10/19/06. The special NIA room rate is $209 single/double.
