Registration Information

• Registrations must be returned by November 9
• The registration fee for members to attend Committee Days is $75.00.
• Registration may be completed online starting with this page, or you can download the registration form  ^PDF and fax it to us at 703-464-5896 or mail it with payment to NIA Committee Days, 12100 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 330, Reston, VA 20190.
• Online registrations present the option to pay with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, or you may submit only and send us a check.
• If you are registering multiple people for the same company, you will be given the option to add a person at the end of each registration page. In this way, you may add as many people as you like and process your credit card only once.
• Please contact the Hyatt Regency Reston at 1-800-55-HYATT (800-554-9288) to make your hotel room reservations by 10/21/05 . The special NIA room rate is $209 single/double; see our hotel information for more details. Should you have any questions, please contact NIA at (703) 464-6422.
