  Estimator/Project Manager – Atlanta contractor (29 years in business) is expanding with excellent growth opportunity for an experienced Estimator. Applicants must have experience in estimating, knowledge of Take-Offs, and estimating systems would be beneficial. The right candidate will possess the following skills: strong construction knowledge, digital blueprint reading skills, team-oriented, strong personal character, honest, drug-free and possesses good analytical, written, and verbal skills. Prefer college degree in related area or a minimum of 5+ years of on-the-job training. 
  
  Responsibilities Include: • Estimating projects • Analyzing and comprehending job specs, plans, and digital onscreen blueprints • Providing complete and accurate takeoffs • Determining and writing the scope of work for each project • Providing complete estimates in proposal forms • Assessing labor requirements and developing materials budgets • Attend field walks and review budgets to verify accuracy of bills of materials and labor requirements. Estimators with 5+ years of estimating experience. Industrial estimating and Commercial projects such as schools, hospitals, jails, government buildings, and high rise office and apartment buildings.
